SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You may pay for purchases when ordering on-line by selecting one of the following options:
- Credit card via Paypal;
- Over the phone# (by credit card+);
- Direct deposit into our nominated bank; or
- Bank cheque or money order*.
*Please note that products will not be posted until your cheque or money order has been cleared.
#If you wish to order and pay over the phone, please call (07) 3289 4515 and one of our friendly staff will help you. You can provide us with your credit card details, or we will give you butt natural's bank account details or our Paypal account information.
+All over the phone credit card transactions incur a 2.5% fee.
SHIPPING RATES
All pacakges are sent via Australia Post's e-parcel, a safe and secure system, which allows goods to be tracked. Rates are based on Australia Post's Parcel Service.
You also have the option of your order being sent by e-Parcel's Express service for faster delivery. If you would like your order sent using express e-Parcel, then please let us know and we will get back to you about any extra charges.
For international orders, we ship standard registered Air Mail (if available) with Australia Post. If you would like to use Australia Post Express Courier or Express Post services, please let us know. To confirm international shipping rates, please contact us.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being processed and paid for. If we are out of stock, we will let you know and will endeavour to have your parcel delivered to you as soon as new stock arrives. We will also keep you updated as to any further delays.
**STOCK UPDATE**: (as of 19th March 2010).
When ordering, if you get the message, 'Insufficient stock', this means that we don't have the quantities you ordered in store. We are continually restocking, but if there is something particular that you would like to order, please let us know.
Klean Kanteen: New stock is arriving all the time, so if we don't have it in store, please let us know and we will add it to our next order!
Ecotanka: Ecotanka's only take a few days to receive, so if we do not have 'sufficient stock' when you order, please order the amount you would like and we will get to you ASAP stock you require.
Lunchbots: We have plenty of Uno, Duo & Pico. Eco's have sold out. More stock will be arriving in May.
Wholesale: If you are a business with an ABN and would like to retail LunchBots, then please send us a wholesale enquiry through the 'Wholesale Enquiries' tab under 'information' in the left-hand column of the Home Page.
PACKAGING
Here at butt natural we live and work by the adage 'reduce, re-use and recycle' . We recycle as much packaging as possible. We don't like to use bubble wrap, however, it does protects the bottles travelling in the post to you. The good news is that all of the bubble wrap used to wrap bottles is sourced from our local Organic Food store. We are sourcing greener alternatives and any ideas/advice regarding green sustainble packaging alternatives are always welcome.
Gifts: If you are ordering products that are a gift, then please let us know when you need your order by and also if you would like your parcel gift wrapped.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with our products and services. So if you are not satisfied with your selected products, we are happy for you to return or exchange these products you have bought from us. But please, contact us first within 10 days of buying the product.
SORRY there are no refunds or exchanges on discounted or 'on sale' items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange a non-defective product ONLY if the product:
- was purchased within the last 10 days;
- the product (or label) has not been used, washed, tampered with, or damaged in any way; and
- is returned with the original invoice/packaging slip, or proof of purchase from the www.buttnatural.com.au website.
Returns or exchanges:
- incur a 10% restocking fee; and
- shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in condition to be resold; has been washed; contains any smells such as essential oils, perfume, or smoke; or has been soiled.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For defective products:
- we will exchange or replace faulty or defective products with the exact same product, colour and size.
- please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately.
- as soon as we receive and look at your returned package, either a refund will be processed or your exchange or replacement items sent out to you.
butt natural is not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal 'wear and tear' of the product materials.
OUR GUARANTEE
All butt natural products are guaranteed against material or workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Allowable defects include faulty clips or ill fitting lids, or if any of the product's components come undone or unattached when used with proper care and in accordance with instructions.
