When ordering, if you get the message, 'Insufficient stock', this means that we don't have the quantities you ordered in store. We are continually restocking, but if there is something particular that you would like to order, please let us know.

Sports Cap 2.0 Recall: Prior to the end of May 2010, if you purchased a Klean Kanteen Sports Cap 2.0 or a bottle with a Sports Cap 2.0 then:

1. Please call: 1 800 102 806, RQA's Recall Centre. DO NOT contact the butt natural store.
2. RQA call centre operator will confirm you have the affected Sport Cap and answer any questions you may have about the recall. You will be asked for a mailing address.
3. RQA will express post a pre-paid, self addressed package to the consumer and request they put the Sport Cap in it and drop it off to a post office to be sent back to RQA.
4. On receipt of the affected product, RQA will express post the new High Impact Sport Cap back to you.

You can tell if you have a recalled Sports cap 2.0 by looking at the surface of the top of the spout of the sports cap. The Recalled Sports Cap 2.0 has a shiny surface on the top of the spout, whereas the New High Impact Sports Cap 2.0 has a mat surface on top of the spout. The RQA can confirm with you whether or not you have a Recalled Sports Cap 2.0. Again please do not contact the butt natural store, please contact the RQA on 1800 102 806.

Klean Kanteen: New stock is arriving all the time, so if we don't have it in store, please let us know and we will add it to our next order with Klean Kanteen! Any Klean Kanteen products ordered with a sports cap, are now sold with the new High Impact Sports Cap 2.0.

Kanteen Wide Insulated Bottles: Just in time for the winter months, for those hot coffees and herbal teas, soups and meals, grab a Kanteen Wide Insulated product - they come with a stainless steel screw cap and convert to a coffee mug with the Cafe cap. Kids love the 12oz (352ml) insulated bottles for soups and warm foods for lunch. Grab one here they are proving very popular!
